In drilling plan, production casing design is part of whole casing design that must be prepared before the drilling operation and become the main casing which contact to production fluid directly in geothermal well. Design optimization is done by considering geothermal environment which has high temperature and H₂S compositional as its characteristic. High temperature will give thermal stress to casing material and H₂S will cause corrosion to casing.
